Nile Cruise with a Private Guide — Luxor to Aswan
Five days cruising the Nile between Luxor and Aswan, with a French-speaking Egyptologist guide at every stop.
from €90 per day
Overview
The classic Luxor-to-Aswan cruise remains one of the best ways to see Upper Egypt: the boat sails overnight or early in the day, and each stop lines up with a major site. What we offer is a private guide with you at every stop, rather than leaving you to the generic group tours organised by the boat.
The route follows the usual pattern: Karnak and Luxor Temple at the start, the West Bank and the Valley of the Kings, then Edfu and Kom Ombo while under way, through to Philae and the High Dam on arrival in Aswan. The specific boat and cruise line are chosen with you at the quote stage — we're not affiliated with any particular operator, which leaves us free to steer you toward what fits your budget.
Our role stops at guiding: history, context, and answers to your questions, at your pace. The boat, meals on board, and entrance tickets are arranged and billed separately, with no hidden commission on our end.
